Flex Fuel Gauges

Have just installed Flex Fuel Board and sensor , gauges display but do not operate. ECU is 300ZX Z32
Has anyone else had this issue ?

Is flex fuel enabled, is there ethanol in the system? They wont display a reading unless above 0% ethanol

It is Flex Fuel enabled with 100% e85 in tank.

Check installation of the flex board, and that there is about 5V between black wire and green wire using a multimeter in the ECU

Have checked all voltages , Green OP wire 3.5v. Led flashes when sensor disconnected. It is the 8 bit ECU

Expert mode:
Display > Consult RAM tracer
Trace address 1401 (diag input) length 01
Let me know if this is 00 or something else when there is the voltage input on the diagnostic line
