Redtop 2871r and S3 cams only 300whp

Take a look at my Timing map guys. The car made 300 whp at 15-16psi on 93 octane fuel. Any ideas it is so knock limited? I included a recent log file
It does seem to be struggling hey. Have you checked for boost leaks? That'd be my first thought.
After that - is exhaust nice and free flowing? That can affect power pretty badly sometimes. What spark plugs? Probably unlikely but a nice fresh set of copper "7's" is always a good starting point.
Was fuel nice and fresh? If cars sit around and then get tuned on stale fuel it'll cause premature knockulation too.
