I just upgraded to 1.2.51 from a somewhat older version (possibly quite old)

What I found is that it seems to be no longer possible to log or display any MTS data while Nistune is not connected to an ECU?

I'm quite sure I was able to test my MTS chain while not being connected via Consult with the old version.
Now it seems it is no longer working?

Any ideas?

Nothing has changed with innovate inside Nistune for a long long time. Nistune has no affect on the Innovate offline logging at all. It only reads the sensor outputs

As for previous log files, if you have Innovate selected you should be able to play them back still. If not then post a log here and I can check it out

Maybe I explained this wrong.

I was always able to log or display MTS data in Nistune without Nistune being connected via Consult.

But maybe it is due to my upgrade to the most recent LogWorks Software.
(I upgraded Nistune + Logworks)
I'll double check with the VB-Tool you mentioned.
