Hey Matt I been looking at the wiring diagrams are you sure that the 99 G20t OBDII ECU cannot be done because its basically the same wiring and pinout as the 94-95-96 G20 OBDII ECU.
Granted in 00-01-02 the G20 OBDII ECU pinout is tottally different and the pinout is way different.
Can I be any help by maybe taking the cover off my ECU and taking some pics of my 99 G20 OBDII ECU?

Heres is a side by side comparisonof the ECU pins between the P11 1999 G20 OBDII and the P10 1994 G20 OBDII ECU.
Dont mind the B13 OBDI, I haven't finished that yet.
BLUE = MATCH
GREEN = NO MATCH

later model OBD-II models have two processors, and two sets of memory ROM chips on the ECU board
the OBD-II daughterboards that JWT and Technosquare brought out use a largish ROM chip which holds enough program for both processors
Our NVRAM currently holds 64KB and needs another 64KB to do the OBD-II ROM. I'm thinking of using FLASH or other cheaper memory do hold the OBD-II part since NVRAM does not come cheap and would jack up the cost of the boards significantly if making an OBD-II version

99 G20t SR20DE OBDII LOG
Hey Matt I took this little log the other day using my stock 99 P11 SR20DE AT ECU.
Im able to monitor TP using and other items using the B14 (SR20DE)1996+ address file.
I also downloaded and attach a log and also did a consult download of my 99 P11 ECU .BIN.

A18-F15 C54 96 G20 N M U OBD2 P10-SR20DE 23710-0J600
that one looks like we can do it
I had an email with part # 23710-0J610 which is the A/T model and they sent me a photo yesterday its the same as my 95 P10 ECU as far as hardware goes (no extra rom and processor chip)
the second one I would need a photo but if its anything like the 1996 KA24DE OBD-II or 1996 B14 SR20DE OBD-II or 1996 Maxima VG30DE OBD-II ECUs which I have here on my pile of work to do then its going to be a while before I get around to it
my main focus at the moment is software updates and fixes with the current lineup

Ok Matt I went and picked up a couple more P10 ECU's because I dont know whats better for me to do since I am still automatic I grabed an auto ECU although I do have plans to going 5 speed soon. My question is if I send you a auto p10 ECU and later I go 5 speed will I be able to switch off the flag switches for Automatic ECU so I dont threw a CEL/MIL light?
Here are the other 2 ECU's I picked one of which had a question mark on the JWT ECU ID PDF because I guess he didn;t have the manufacturer part number, well I have that number and I know I pulled the ECU from a 95 P10 G20t A/T.
Wish I still had my consult cable then I could pull the actual ECU part number.
Anyhow here are some pictures:
ECU on the LEFT Manufacturer Pt# A18-B69 C12 Nissan Pt# 23710-0J200 94 P10 G20 M/T
ECU on the RIGHT Manufactier Pt# A18-E06 C47 Nissan Pt# 23710-0J212 or 0J213 either way these supercede eachother per Nissan FAST 94/95 P10 G20t A/T
