50F00 inplace of 69F00??

Question is...can you use a S13 50F00 type 3 board in a S14 69F00 ECU?

No, It would need re-programming.

The jumper position on the board is different (hardware differences) and you will need to put in a different ENT file

Ok, just seeing if it's possible. I have 50F00,but not 69F00 boards at the moment. Maybe someone should distribute in USA?
