MAF table limit

Post by bachig24u »

Hi Matt,
today had some fun on the rollers with our new R33 fitted with G35-1050 toy.
goal was seeing how far RB26 conrods take us.

After dialing back the "K" value to get the scaling limit from 20-40psi range,
2.5BAR@7600rpm was where the MAF VQ value hit 65k at just under 4.1 volts.

I'm at a loss as to what the ECU will do next, is it at its limit?
We didn't seem to face this with HPX_original MAF at 800+hp in the old VL_RB34/26 PTE6466 combo.

I have some logs and bin if you want to take a look but just curious as the out come.

I'll setup the third 530LPH fuel pump to operate earlier as a workaround but not sure if something else isn't right that is causing the VQ table to hit its limit so easily.

The first of the VQ drop downs for 3.5" are for Z32 MAF replacement, and the second large load is about the same as max for 3" tube

So you can manually adjust using the VQ Function generator. With 3.5" and 2.4 multiplier for HPXN1 we can get more range out of the MAF. You just need to adjust the K constant in the tool and fine tune afterwards

Your TP is around the 32000 area and K at 347 you still have plenty of adjustment left
