Gabe's EC4c 32x16 code

Matt, are you able to implement the extended load scales and fuel / timing maps as found in gabe's EC4c 32x16 code for the KA ecu?

I know i'll probably be the only one using it, but if it doesn't require major change to the code, it'd be much appreciated.

I've done most of the coding for it, just need to finish it. Gabe is working on Zeitune anyway so I didn't put too much importance now in getting that finished...

However it would be nice to complete it so I can do that still since not much more effort required
