Add user defined gauges

now when you hit gauges button yousee all gauges containing data sreamed from ECU

but for example my ecu does not have a O2 sensor so i want the posibility to chose what gauges to be displayed on screen (enable or disable them)

posibility to add custom gauges, for example for data received from wideband (afr , boost, egt,.............)

wideband guages are being added (with custom label) in next version

selectable guages (as per other enhancement topic) is fairly straightforward
