R32 GTR

Post by jjtxaz24 »

I got a question about my idle AFR. It sits pretty lean (15.4-16.4 +/- a few ) it jumps around a lot. I wanna bring the idle down to a good AFR.

Do I adjust the timing at idle (currently at 20°) or mess with the fuel trim, or K constants?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Shoudn't be idling that lean. What injectors are you running? If cruise mixtures are okay (14.7:1 with near 0% trim) then increase latency, and check for air leaks

I'm still running the stock injectors, it cruises around 14.7-15.3ish.

Seems a bit lean if you have factory tune loaded in there. Could be an O2 sensor leaning out the trim. You can test this if you see 0% trims but the AFRs are showing leaner than 14.7:1
