No not yet. However post a bin file and I'll add it to the list. What type of hardware configuration is the ECU (EPROM/daughterboard?)

i dont think nistune will be needed for the 350z
the ecu will be flashable so no daughterboard needed.

Would be cool if nistune could do the reflashing tho.

New GTR will be flashable again

oh ... thats the 350Z
http://www.cobbtuning.com

these guys have made them realtime programmable. I think they modified the flash program to tune maps from RAM. its the only way I could think they could do this

yah but that is not PC based , and I'm already used with Nistune
anyway if you will add 350Z to supported car list you will have at least 1 client.

PS: is not all about reflashing, is also about map tracing, real time editing, logging, wide band units, knock detection .....

Yeah its a lot more complicated than these older ECUs. Lot more maps, tables, constants and no publically available information about them either. It would be a whole new project which I cant do at this stage

Its a VQ35DE engine, now replaced by VQ35HR in the 350Z

Not a VG35.

Did a little bit of research and right now you can only buy
http://www.uprev.com/products/osiris_NI.html
this is the cost effective solution.. about 700 USD
the only problem is that they edit the maps for you :(
based on logged data and they email it to you and you just reflash it

or otherwise you can go to this guys
www.techtec.de
I have flash system for sale…
3500 euro…
all 280HP EUROPEAN Nissan 350Z.

300PS + 1000 Euro

So I'll still have Nistune support for VG35DE engines on my wish list, even if i'll have to wait till the Christmas :)

I also get asked a lot for this. I HATE the external 'chipping' option. I won't let someone else make a tune for me to sell under my workshop/reputation.

These can be flashed easily using most J2534 pass-through interface.

You can buy updated flash files direct from nissan site (no dealer # required) for $20.00 US.

The problem is decoding the flash file, ive never really seen one or messed with this stuff yet so I dont know what that entails, but the hardware/communication aspect itself is easy (its documented)
