Short answer ... no

Quick look at that page shows the raspberry uses the Arm processor, and GNU/Linux or Windows 10 compiled for ARM

Nistune is written for Windows XP-10 under VS2010 for Intel processors. Since the compiled executable is for Intel it will not work on ARM devices

It is not possible to compile VS2010 programs for ARM (AFAIK)

That is just an installation package tool, for copying files from a install package to a PC (using Java). It is not something which would allow cross compiling from Intel platform to ARM platform using C++/MFC code

Hey I saw this thread while searching how to do the same thing. I work in IT and this sort of stuff interests me big time so with that being said I wanted to let you know I am working on something with the Minnowboard Intel Atom E640 Dual Core Single Board SBC Version 1 board and the Longruner 7 Inch Capacitive Touch Screen TFT LCD Display HDMI Module running either Win 10 full or Win 10 ioT. I'll post an update with what I find out.

Matt is right, this WILL NOT work with your standard Raspberry pi board because the languages are just different. Hence my attempt with the Intel based board.

Wish me luck!

I found this solution at the local walmart and it works pretty well. Cost $120 bucks for the tablet and the mount. It super slow but works fine with nistune and Lc1 wideband.

Smarttab 10.1" screen windows edition
Windows 10 32-bit.

No need to go so complicated with a pi 2. The thing even charges with micro-usb.

Very nice!

I will be using an intel W5 instead of the Minn board because of the lack of support.

My setup including the touch screen cost me about $130ish and it also charges via micro USB.

I went with a 7" screen because I am fitting it in place of the radio in my 1996 240sx.
