I've been going through the ECU code on these vehicles for the last few months. Not finished yet but some notes so far uploaded tonight

http://nistune.com/docs/Nistune%20NEO%2 ... Tuning.pdf

Covers what I have worked out so far about the boost sensor input, VE maps and TCS/ABS operation

Thanks Matt.

Typo on resolution 2 heading, should be disconnect MAP sensor.

More important updates have been made to this document. The boost sensor must be connected for cases when TPS voltage drops (particularly on boost) and the TP is corrected to the current boost level. If the boost sensor is disconnected, TP will drop to a value of 132

This may affect load accessing of fuel and timing maps whilst on boost, and affect both fuel and timing. Several cases of intermittent TP drops to 132 or near have also been seen

If you are seeing over 18psi of boost, then increase maximum boost sensor voltage to 5100mv to avoid the check engine light

HI
Can anyone give some advice
I've got ENR34 ECU, we changed injectors to R35 GTR nad with boost sensor connected we get very bad reaction on accelerator pedal, Mixture goes super lean and then return to reach and then to normal, so the reaction on accelerator in very poor. If i touch pedal very very gently it causes car even to stall.

I made all recomended setting to boost sensor values so it not cause any limitations:
Boost sensor limit counter to 255
load limit max counter to 255
Boost sensor min voltage to 0
Boost sensor max voltage to 5100
But anyway i get this happen and if i disconnect boost sensor it goes normal again and reaction on gas very good.
IS tha mean i need to change injectors through K-const not Total Injector Multiplier?
An example log file is attached

Replied via email the correct boost sensor location. For anyone else, the boost sensor must be correctly plumbed pre-throttle body otherwise it will cause delay on acceleration

See pic from R34 service manual

If not fitted the boost sensor limit counters need adjusting to stop the hesitation.

Good to know. I had hesitation with R34 and boost sensor disconnected ... but thought I had modified the counters from 10 to 255
