Re: After start timing Advance BDTC?

I believe this is the amount of timing added during warm up. I have to check my logfiles but I believe this table adds to the main timing tables for a warm up timing. I know my particular setup will have up to 45 plus degrees when warming up, then ramp down to no additional timing. Or that's what b...

Re: (Z32) Idle / Deceleration RPM timing?

If the decel timing table are under what the main timing map is calling for, the timing will drop to zero until a certain condition is met. I can't for the life of me remember what it was but if you raise the values in the decel table to above 20deg's or 148 it would stop going to zero on decel. I d...

Re: (Z32) Idle / Deceleration RPM timing?

This is the table used for decel and idle. Subract value from 128 to find actual timing. I can't remember the exact issue but under certain circumstances the timing will go to zero if the main timing table is over the decel timing or something like that.

Re: L28et bin

For some reason my nitune version isn't allowing me to view the config panels so I can't tell if that wideband is available in nistune, but yes log the afr's in nistune if possible.

Re: L28et bin

You might want to expand the scales by the same amount you raised the k value to keep the tune inline with the jwt binfile. It looks like you're hitting the end of the maps by 3200rpm. Do you have a wideband? Can include afr's into a log?

Re: L28et bin

Why the strange hump in your maf table? you have smaller injectors but lowered the tp scales? the jwt binfiles use the last two columns for boost timing (usually), i'm guessing you hit the end of the maps pretty early. do you have a datalog? how much boost?

Re: Injector Capatability

I'm not positive but I think it was 43psi and I cannot remember the exact lagtime.

EDIT: I looked at the link you provided and I think it was close to the value stated for the msd 750's at 12vdc. We were having issues with the alternator; 12vdc at the ecu.

At 7.1vdc which cell is being accessed in the maf table?

Re: Rescaling stocm MAF to make more power

Are you going off the end of the fuel/timing maps? In a datalog you will see what the max tp scale the ecu is calculatiing under heavy or maximum load/rpm. Make sure your largest tp scale value is larger than that. In that same datalog you will see what cell is being accessed by the maf. As long as ...

Re: Speed Desnity??

Being a raging alcoholic (methonal injection) I have considered a coolingmist smart controller to convert the various sensors then sending signal to the ecu via the maf signal. You can have up to 4 sensor inputs and program their interaction with each other to send a single signal out. Basically you...
