Difference in IGN-Map 75F10 vs. 82F08
I have compared the original ROMs from the S14-SR20DET (European Version, 75F10) and the S14a-SR20DET (Europe Version too, 82F08) and I am surprised that the IGN-Maps are different and some differences in the Fuel-Map too! Does anyone knows why Nissan has changed the IGN-Maps so much? The engine fro...

Disassembling Nissan ECUs
Hi! I have found some very useful informations. The very talented calumsult has put informations about disassembling the code from Nissan ECUs online: http://www.calumsult.com/calumsu/disassembler/ Does anyone knows if the given informations are useful for disassembling the SR20DET-ECU (82F08)? If t...

So does the ECUtalk work with non-Consult (Type1) NIStune boards through the Consult eXtend protocol (USB port)? I didn't think that was the case. Sorry I forget this. For now I have tested ECUTalk with success on some S14 and a R33. MichaS14a, if you could figure out how to communicate with the se...

For now I make logs with ECUTalk. The only thing I miss is the support for the signal from the wideband lambda. This would be a great addition. Anything else goes fast and clean: - Start ECUTalk - Select the sensors to log (only once as ECUTalk saves the selection). - Connect to ECU and log. I try i...

Shift Points of an AT ECU
Hello! I friend of me has an AT (Automatic Transmition) S14 with SR20DET. He has changed the camshaft as the original ones are broken (due to the oil lines to the camshafts are jammed). Know he asked me if the Shiftpoints can be modified with NIStune as the characteristics has be changed with the ne...
