what is Yours ECU number baguete?
both car I can't do were 23710-82F09 but Pete put 82F08 image on them as there was problem with running original 23710-82F09 image ...
I also try on both car's one ECU without NIStune board but also without success .

I recently seen a S14 SR20det that has same issue and we diagnose problem that they use old o-rings when they install new injectors ... with new o-rings car is running fine.

Can You please post what car, engine and what turbo, manifold? I have on my car (S14) Z32 maf 740cc but with GT28RS and JUN intake manifold and everything is affecting A/FR and K-value... If You have something similar I can check what my K-value is, but I suggests You that You find exact value for Y...

Why would I max the standard MAF only making 10psi? Is the problem related to the larger turbo and 3” intercooler piping and large FMIC, i.e. is this because flow has increased and psi is lower?
