ka24de, LC1 narrow band on startup settings..
I know this dosen't relate to nistune directly but I figured this would be a better more knowledgeable forum then NICO or some other generic forum to ask this question. With a ka24de obd i ecu what does it expect to see (voltage wise) from the narrow band o2 sensor, until the o2 sensor is heated up?...

I was speaking of this one: http://nistune.com/docs/NIStune_Software_Users_Manual.pdf The data stored in the fuel map is simply the injector pulse width. You can use some math and estimated numbers and arrive with a few different things such as duty cycle %, AFR, etc. (as show by the drop down box) ...

Re: Injector Size change results in car stalling
but I discovered in the injector size setup screen on Nistune that it says 270 (is that 270 cc??). However, RB25DET injectors are 370cc. So I changed the injector size to 370cc. However, as soon as I do that and then start the car with the new injector size, it stalls. I believe you'll need to disa...

Acceleration Increase Fuel Table (ADD_FUEL)
From what I read this table adds extra fuel for quick acceleration and uses the TPS as a reference. Is the Y-axis the amount of addition fuel to add, or is it the TPS voltage value? On some ka24det tunes I see it changed from 203 to 255 (max value.) When tuning does anyone mess with this map? If so ...

Larger injector changes the multiplier goes smaller Larger Mass Airflow Meter changes the mulitplier goes larger Thanks I guess I had the two confused.. Ok another stupid question. My KCONST Raw Injection Multiplier seems very high? When I see screen shots in the nistune user guide the kconst there...

Matt, Thanks for the response I understand now. One thing that I never would have imagined about nistune is the excellent customer support. I will play around with the K constant injection multiplier and let you know what number works the best for me. I have a lc-1 (which works great with Nistune bt...

Is that the manufacturer part number? You should be able to select Z32 from the drop box and run from that. If thats what you did, then your injection multiplier will need adjusting until it is running correct AFRs throughout the rev range Ok that is what I was wondering. I know the drop down box s...

N62/Z32 MAF Sensor
I was wondering what those who have N62 mafs changed your raw injection multiplier from/to in order to get it to work. I have a NA ka24de and I am trying to put a N62 MAF on it. I know I have the wiring right but something isn't working correctly with the ECU/Software as it idles really rich and die...

Can't remove Knock flagging on all of AFR table.
Certain parts of the AFR table don't allow me to remove the knock flag. Also this might be related but I can't seem to make nistune change a map to have negative numbers for the raw values (or run leaner then 14.7.) I have a WBo2 and I'm running richer in some areas then I should even though target ...

ignore it for now (might disable it until fully functional) I'm currently in the middle of investigating knock implementation (both for reporting maps and retrieving count from ECU) Thanks for the info, just wanted to make sure I wasn't knocking. I was under the impression that the knock panel woul...

Knock Fuel Mapping Highlighted Pink?
Now and then after selecting different maps the knock fuel map will turn pink? Never the knock timing map, just the knock fuel map. I don't think I'm knocking because I have a S13 240sx and the knock count in the knock panel in nistune stays at 0. I also have seen it happen while my maps where stock...
