Re: Sync Accel Temp Factor?

But wouldn't this disable enrichment functionality completely? I think I tried that once and the throttle response got sluggish. You wrote the Z32 (I assume TT) uses enrichment only over 1500rpm. My understanding of this table is as follows: 255/FF in tables disables any enrichment. The mV denotes t...

Re: Sync Accel Temp Factor?

I think we are out of cadence ... or maybe I understood something wrong.

But what I got from your response was that I should disable that table by setting all values to 255, right??

I replied I don't see why, because the Z32TT has that table enabled.
and my car is RB25DET.

Re: Sync Accel Temp Factor?

The RB25 table looks like this, though I don't know if that's transferable to the Z32 table with the same name:

All Z32TT OEM files have the same table values.

Re: Sync Accel Temp Factor?

Thanks Matt, On page 13 the document says I should disable the Alpha/N table on turbo charged vehicles. However on Z32 this table is valid (judging from the OEM Roms) NT_A_N_Z32.JPG I'm not sure I understand the difference between Alpha N Increase Fuel (ANIF) function and the Sync Tables. My car run...

Re: Remove quick save icon?

Display resolutions are much higher these days, so it's even easier clicking on the 'quick save' and overwrite something which you don't want to be overwritten.

Sync Accel Temp Factor?

On Z32ECU ->

The Sync Accel Temp Factor Table looks odd (off the scale).

What does it actually do? And what are the other two tables for please?

Also shouldn't the AlphaN Increase Table not rather be grouped under Throttle Enrichment

Remove quick save icon?

I think that the 'quick save' icons are dangerously close to the 'open' icon and it happens that if you just want to open a file, the mouse glitches a few pixel to the right and as a result your current .bin gets overwritten! Could you move that icon somewhere else? Maybe to the left of the file box...

Re: Nistune Release 1.2.78 Z32

Fix incorrect labels for LHS/RHS O2 sensor (eg Z32) Update Z32 AFR learn and knock min thresholds Hello, I can see that you renamed LHS to Lean and Rich trigger voltage, and RHS to Mid1/Mid2. What is the Z32 background here please? Judging from the new naming convention: A lean trigger voltage of 2...

Yes names were swapped around the last release this week
Was that also mixed up in Type 2? (Z32?)

Re: very lean AFR @ +/-3000-3500 rpm [SOLVED]

That's a very good result given it is the OEM turbo and the low boost. The downside is that the turbo runs out of steam from about 5700rpm onwards. (you possibly can feel it somewhat earlier) I was at that stage once, and I think it's the best performance you can have for the money invested. Also th...

Re: very lean AFR @ +/-3000-3500 rpm [SOLVED]

I think because the torque graph (1st picture) is very inconsistent it never goes into up and down valleys like this.
Torque curve is usually a consistent graph (as in the second plot)

What type of boost are you running ?

Re: very lean AFR @ +/-3000-3500 rpm [SOLVED]

Hmmm

It's difficult to tell from the graphs and in the first dyno the torque graph is all over the place.
It looks as if there was slippage on the rollers of the dynometer?
Are both graphs with the OEM Nissan turbo?
