what about issues with ve maptracing for n15 and others? Its really annoying and confusing that we cannot use ve table when needed... There are several topics open regarding this,it looks that tps scaling failed to calculate when max tps is under 500mV...

check if maps and tables looks "normal",for example compared to factory binary. Can you connect to ecu even when engine doesnt start?

nistune board is using non volatile memory,so does not need battery backup to keep data. So very first point is not correct, I doubt if your troubles have anything with tune data lost. Is possible to connect to ecu and download data to check it? Also check if board is secured in socket...

for better ignition coils look for VAG pencil coils, they are incredible strong and allow to keep 1.1mm gap for plug even with very high boosts/rich AFR...

looks like factory o2 sensor doesnt work correctly anymore....replace it or bin it and tune whole map for open loop, very easy with your ecu...

AFM value significantly affect injection time, so if there is any AFM malfunctiom present,it will screw up fueling. If you have high Alpha correction, it can point also to oem lambda issue. For sure,any significant boost leak will result similar way.

Hi Matt, I would like to ask you for help with type4 board installation. I have n15 almera ecu,A18-E85 A08. I recieved type4 board with adaptor C from local distributor. Issue is that ecu have 2 rows W010 and W020,while adaptor have flex cable in 1 row with 40 pins inline,which cannot fit into 2 row...

not sure if this is solution,but you can find here schematic of my diy device that add adjustable voltage to the AFM output signal. This can prevent limp mode that causing your issue,as you can define minimum AFM voltage.
