This is good news that you finally found the culprits. There is a point where the information we can provide is limited as far as assisting you, especially if fighting electrical and/or mechanical issues (in your case both)

Re: WITE Wireless Consult, Wideband and sensor input

AFR is digital in @simono can you please explain which devices support this and how it works? I assume Innovate from previous emails

I've done manual AFR setup from the AEM UEGO tables using AUX1 on this device

Re: Feature Pack updates + Information thread

There has been an update to the FP ROM pack today for FP1.1 for Z32 300ZX. Rev limits and launch control cuts were reported not working and I've rebuilt with the latest patch code and retested today

Re: Closed Loop Load Scale - Explanation and Issue

Short answer is we don't have the documentation to explain the tables. We decode and provide the tables for editing, but we obviously don't have the design documentation from Nissan to explain each one. This is the same with a lot of factory ECU remapping software. What I can tell you is that the cl...

Re: RBZ32 bin and log file

Seems to be constant, regardless of MAF and RPM or TPs voltage Noted things: - There is no speed input (but safety load limits set higher) - Latency seems low (wont affect this) - fuel map needs adjusting for 800cc When did this problem start happening? I would need the board here. Will contact via ...

Re: Knock sensor

I think you are stuck with the older screw type sensors. Only because they are tuned to the knock board in the ECU. The other option is to remove them (stub out with similar value resistor) and ensure you are running a safe tune

Can see the cuts around 6-7ms injection time, since TP index around 54. Need to check on the bench

Re: RBZ32 bin and log file

the ecu you repaired for me everything is working normally but the engine will not rev past 1800 rpm it just surges. Nistune shows the maps its using is in the green there are not any red warnings on the gauge screen and no amber warnings. I have the hpxn1 with a 3" tube 500hp load 800cc injec...

Re: MAF to CFM / Airflow

Not that I know of. The HP numbers we have in the drop list are calculated from the adjustment with the load multiplier (K constant) between various models based on what we measured when changing units over on the dyno Voltage to airflow is on a curve, so it takes more power to reach higher voltages...

Yeah I'm not sure on that one. What you set in the table is what the injectors pulse at key on, but then is adjusted by length of time of cranking and engine speed etc in those tables you see.

Re: hi! from a newbie in canada. rb25det neo, in 240sx

For 570CC injectors, I would not go over 8ms so putting 50ms in is literally pouring fuel into the cylinder, and if you are not careful will fuel lock it If you have trouble starting, firstly zero out the crank table and crank to empty the cylinder. If there is fuel in the cylinders, you can also di...
