Ok, thanks. What about the fact that the ECU shows up in Nistune as a 53F01 board, and not 53F0F?

I'm updating a Type 3 board for a KA24DE with the Feature Pack firmware. I've been running Nistune on this ECU for over 8 years. Never had a problem with it. I was running 10.21 previously. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything and I still get the error. They loaded some encryption software on my laptop last wee at workk, and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. I also noticed that it asked me about installing 64-bit drivers...

Never heard of that one. Good info! Yeah, this must be why the voltage at which TPS idle activates kept changing on me. When diagnosing TPS issues and trying to get it working, I was unplugging it, turning off the key, turning on the key, plugging it back in, etc.,... so I was constantly resetting ...

Same issue happened on my customer's S14 AT or MT, also BNR32 GTR, it might be happen when forgot to switch off the ecu power before unplug the TPS, I'm not sure would this help on your case, just try this to reset the TPS, adjust the TPS voltage to 0.45v - 0.5v (temporarily neglect the TPS Idle sw...

I just ordered an OEM TPS sensor, because I just don't know what else to do here. I was hoping someone on here might have heard of this problem.
