consult gauges.

I have noticed in the last couple of versions that if you are playing back logged files, the consult gauges used to show maximum values. Now each gauge either shows 655.35 or 0. Any ideas why?

Tach output would be an increasing frequency signal. Sounds like you are reading it with a multimeter set to volts. Multimeters read very slowly so your voltage reading is going to be basically an average of the voltage signal based on off/on time. Try changing the meter setting to frequency and see...

As a starting point, have you changed your latency? Larger injectors will need a higher latency value added (Generally). That will have a big effect on your ratios at idle. Id be aiming for setting your K value to achieve better A/F ratios at a higher RPM with very low load applied, just like the ma...

Gear Displays.

Matt. Just wondering if you could look at setting up a gear display for live and replaying data. I have seen it before on a motec. You input tyre rolling radius, ratios for each gear relevant to the gearbox being used and the Diff ratio and the software calculates which gear your in through road spe...

How is it that in your ignition maps, your raw and filtered values are exactly the same, has you running 0 degrees advance at the area it drops out at.

Not leaking injectors or a faulty regulator is it? does it hold fuel pressure when you shut down?

FIXED IT.

Ok, replaced the springs in my VCT actuator, removed restriction in exhaust and run it up again. Below are 3 printouts from the same run, first shows the fixed up torque curve, looks great. Second is the boost pressures (Shown in ABSOLUTE pressure, so its actually 10 psi only. Third shows A/F ratios...

You will never get it spot on across the whole range. Set up the k multiplier as close as possible as per the instruction manual and then just set your tables to acheive desired A/F ratios with a wide band O2 sensor. Disregard the A/F ratios on the table as they are never going to be spot on. Latenc...

Yep, still went into closed loop just like stock. Need to disconnect it though for tuning, or turn off feedback switch.

I did exactly that with my tech edge, just splice it into the signal wire into the ECU from the original Narrow band.

i suppose that depends on mixtures, usually around the 400 degrees point at the cat.
