Reset the TPS learn as per the FSM (warm up, turn off, unplug TPS, Turn back on, and plug TPS while motor is running. Shall see if it helps or not. update: The car has been doing it more often lately, with the colder and sometimes moister temps.

MAFs can be weird creatures sometimes and tend not to make much sense when they go bad. Do you have any screenshots of the MAF at higher RPM/load? Those values look pretty normal for a maf at low rpm/throttle angle.
