Re: n62 maf and fueling problems

Well i don't think it matters to much now. Probably fixing to have to pull the motor and rebuild it. Took the car to the drag strip and on my 4th pass i blew the oil sending unit out of the block mid pass. Didn't realize it right away. As soon as i saw i had no oil pressure i killed the motor. Got i...

Re: n62 maf and fueling problems

Sweet thanks that should get it so I can drive it around on the stock turbo, for the next month or so. Then when my new turbo gets here I'll take it to the dyno and let them tune it hoping to be pushing right at 400whp or 300rwkw when every thing is done.

Re: n62 maf and fueling problems

Ok after re reading the nissan_ecu_tuning_basics.pdf I need to resize maf then resize injectors then adjust my kconst to get my short term close to 0 with no large swings that should get me close to where i need to be. Once that is set then i would need to adjust my fueling map for the high load are...

Re: short term fuel trims and idle

Ok thanks I will do some more logging and adjust k some once i get the car back running. My Starter decided it was going to go out today. Yay me. I know its going to be a pain in the but to get to and get change, and the fact that i cant just walk into a parts store and get a new starter for it.

Re: short term fuel trims and idle

Its at cruise that i see it at -10 to -5 I'm thinking i can just adjust my fuel map table to fix that correct? Im using an rb20 ecu for the rb25det. I dont see my o2s being read at idle it doesn't start using the O2 until my tps idle trigger voltage is reached. I'm fairly sure that it never uses the...

Re: VTC sol not activating

Damn i figured it out after pulling half my wiring apart. I was a fuse that was missing. Guess its been gone since i bought the car. Not sure how my 02 sensor has been working as it wasn't getting 12v( not sure if the 12v is just for the heater) my aac valve and my VCT were not getting 12v. That wou...

Ok thanks ill increase the min tp load for the vtc to fix that. I have emailed them. also i got a factory wiring diagram that I'm going to check it with in hopes that it would be wired the same as factory on the engine harness. It will probably be next weekend before i can put much time to tracking ...

Re: Log View Play Back mod

Oh i didn't know you could use the left and right arrows to step it through. Thanks that works great for what i was trying to do.

Edit: if you use the up and down arrows it changes the play back speed from 1/8 to 64x then to 128 and 256.

Re: VTC sol not activating

It should be using the fuel pump idle you sent me the transistor that was needed to make it work. The board says 110UF FPI cant tell if it says VCC or VTC then Rb25. Ill post an image in a sec. but I am using the feature pack for the rb25 bin its HCR32_FOR_RB25_11U0F_MT_TPS_VCT_FP_maps.bin v2 board....
