Re: Gurus! Need you help! RB25DET with Z32 MAF
Looking at your log around 7:40 to 7:42 all of your main parameters are OK. Specifically injection time is staying the same or increasing as AFR's lean out. I'd be checking my fuel pressure under load. You should see 42 to 43psi at opsi boost and fuel pressure should increase at a linear rate with ...

Re: LS2/LS7 coils and DWELL Time
Today I've downloaded AEMTuner and seen difference between DWELL tables. Opened calibration with R33 RB25DET, changed coils to LS2 and the DWELL at 14V was 3.3ms, changed coils to R34 OEM and saw 1.6ms. We know, that LS2 coils need to be adjusted to 5ms, so I've found that in AEM our stock DWELL at ...

Gurus! Need you help! RB25DET with Z32 MAF
Hello to everybody! Need your help - I've already broke my mind... Two years ago I swapped into my Nissan Patrol engine RB25DET NEO. Almost at once I've installed Nistune. ECU 0V810, firmware I use is 0V817. Now it has: 1. LS2/LS7 coils with NGK 7 0.8mm spark plugs - coils are new, and spark plugs a...

Re: LS2/LS7 coils and DWELL Time
Matt, tell me, please, I've found information about changing ECU for LS7 coils. I've found in NisTune that we can change 2 tables, but there we can change percents from voltage and milliseconds from RPMs... I've looked throught constants but haven't found such parameters... Do we have them? @@@ To g...

Re: LS2/LS7 coils and DWELL Time
Thank's!
I've done it - it's easier that I thought... I've changed all the DWELL times to 3.0ms and the car drives very well!
I have another problem - I always have 21 Error (Primary Ignition) due to aftermarket coils - what should I do to fix this error?

LS2/LS7 coils and DWELL Time
Hello! Yesterday finished LS7 coils swap into my RB25DET NEO. And have a question - it's recommended to make DWELL time about 5.5ms, but how can I make it?! I see two tables: Dwell duty cycle and Dwell time. But I can change only percentages... Tell me, please, what should I change to change DWELL t...

Re: NisTune and A/C
I'll try to change it and tell you if there would be better!Matt wrote:Interesting, so when the A/C kicks in this causes a decrease in voltage which then affects injection? I havent seen this changed previously even through the value is there
This parameter is 'Volt latency change' inside Nistune

Re: NisTune and A/C
Correct me if I am wrong but it sounds like you are also running very lean for a turbo motor anyway. But as long as you are not getting any detonation it should be ok. Just can't think those ratios being healty/safe. I have a similar problem on my S14 74F01 ECU in a S14 with SR20. however when I pu...

NisTune and A/C
Hello! Sorry for my English! I've already seen such topic, but it left unaswered... With RB25DET NEO when I push my A/C on, the AAC valve opens more (also additional valva start pulsing vaccum), the MAF voltage become higher too, but injection time remains near... The A/C and fan are working, all th...

Re: Zexel Diesel Enhancements
Hello, Matt! Nistune 0.9.14 works great with Nissan Patrol RD28Eti !!! I have some interest question - I see MAF (LHS) - what is LHS? Is it really my MAF voltage? If it's so, what means "Change Mass AirFlow Meter" in "Operations"? I ask because in the Electronic Manual for my car...
