Re: Nistune Flex Fuel Board, gauge option
I found an easy way to do what the OP was trying to do, and it reads identical to the nistune content in the software. Adding this device with the nistune flex converter gave me a gauge readout I can leave in my glovebox https://www.amazon.ca/NOYITO-Transmitter-Regulator-Operational-Amplifier/dp/B07...

Re: Idle fuel mixtures while using flex fuel
The only way I could see this system working properly is if the ethanol content table is a lookup offset for the TIM instead of an offset over the main fuel map

Idle fuel mixtures while using flex fuel
Ok so from my understanding, on my type 3 ka24de 53f0F ecu. Assuming TP min is underneath the idle load, the way to control fuel mixtures at idle is k constant, TIM, and latency. From my understanding there is no o2 sensor feedback at idle. So the idle mixtures cannot he controlled by the fuel cell ...

Re: Nistune and Zeitronix Ethanol content discrepancy
When I was using the nistune flex converter board, I would always get 2% ethonal readout when in free air or zero E content gasoline in my Ka24de 53f0F ecu. All other content was accurate just the baseline was 2% instead of zero. I removed the 112 resistor and the baseline went down to zero
