Condolences for missing a season. I am sure your patience and diligence will be rewarded come spring though. If you don't mind, I would love to see some pictures of your build. I am still thinking about that Plazmaman manifold top myself. Regarding this question you had about the water lines, I am 9...

That black/orange plastic thing is labled as "vacuum tank" in the service manual and I am guessing it serves to dampen the pressure "signal" the sensor sees. I was unable to locate mine at the time, when I was plumbing the sensor back and substituted it with slightly more aesthet...

Re: RB25DET Neo R34 updating to slot maf and misc.

Well, I played around a bit with it but everything went surprisingly smoothly. Matt is a wizard apparently! (as we all know) I did as told, restored the factory scales and lowered K 38% and did the same to TIM. Under boost it was running mid 13s and there was audible knock so today I thought I'd do ...

https://forum.nistune.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=3748&p=27421&hilit=ev14#p27421 Here was the mention of the latency. Currently mine sit at 1200uS so a whole lot more (?) than 850uS mentioned as a starting point. I did some tweaking on the scales, K and TIM and will later go and give this r...

Re: RB25DET Neo R34 updating to slot maf and misc.

Thank you for the reply, Matt. I seem to have left out some important bits; -It is a feature pack yes. Actually I used to run E85 in Finland so it has the flex sensor and the works. -Injectors are 1000cc EV14 Bosch -Since the AEM 360lph decided to melt itself ( )for no apparent reason, I bou...

RB25DET Neo R34 updating to slot maf and misc.

Good day everyone. I have a couple of questions and thought to post. I have been running Z32 MAF and various levels of tune now for 8 years and thought it is time to move away from the good old Z32 maf, on to a slot style. So I have placed an order for a HPX N1 and looking forward to its arrival. Fi...

Re: hi! from a newbie in canada. rb25det neo, in 240sx

oh! that would be a great feature, but it doesn't look like the aem wideband has a narrow band output. oh well, it's not a whole lot more work to keep the oem sensor in the loop. thanks. now i just have to figure out how to do a remote mount iacv with this plazmaman plenum... no flange for it on th...
