Re: Nissan Stagea M35 VQ25DET

Ok, it would be nice if this comes available. It would be nice to get rid off the speed limiter. I know HKS has a speed limit defenser for this type of car. But it's not cost effecient for only a speed limiter removal. Do you have any idee, when there is something available? Some other quistion: Is ...

Nissan Stagea M35 VQ25DET

Hi guys, I'm looking on the forum for information about the support of a VQ25DET engine. I have a Nissan Stagea M35 250t rs four. Is there a nistune board for this engine/ecu? I can not find anything about this engine or any support. Or maybe somebody knows if there are standalone ecu's which suppor...

Re: very lean AFR @ +/-3000-3500 rpm [SOLVED]

It's been a while but i did something to the car that even made better improvements. The stock fueldampener was after the fuel pressure regulator. I did some fuel pressure measurements with a very acurate pressere transmitter and there where still some fuel pressure spikes. I switched the fuel lines...

Re: very lean AFR @ +/-3000-3500 rpm [SOLVED]

A very sharp comment. I was thinking what it was, but now i remember. It's a few years ago :D . After tuning on the dyno and driving back to home, i found out that the clutch was slipping a little bit. Replaced it for a competition clutch stage 4. I'm running 0.86 Bar boost pressure. With a greddy b...

Re: very lean AFR @ +/-3000-3500 rpm [SOLVED]

Hmmm It's difficult to tell from the graphs and in the first dyno the torque graph is all over the place. It looks as if there was slippage on the rollers of the dynometer? Why do you think there was slippage? Are both graphs with the OEM Nissan turbo? Yes, both graphs are with the OEM Nissan turbo.

Re: very lean AFR @ +/-3000-3500 rpm [SOLVED]

Attached some photo's to show you what happened. SAM_3199 (1).jpg This is when the Nistune ECU was placed in 2012. Blue line is before Nistune, Red line is after Nistune. With stock turbo, larger intercooler, boostcontroller 0.86Bar, Walbro pump. 20170412_203842 (1).jpg This is when the intake was f...

Re: AIV Flags

What do you normally see? Is the AIV switch off or on normally. (RB25DET Z32 ECU) What's the benefit of turning it off. I cannot think of something to switch it off?

AIV Flags

I'm just wandering what the AIV flags are used for and what they do?

The standard Z32 RB25DET bin file has BIT 7 selected, in my bin file BIT 7 is not selected.

Re: new to Nistune with (stupid question)

I think that you are using the wrong bin file. [Z32 (VG30DETT) Z32 (type2) feature Pack 1.0 (version:5) is the adress file for the ecu. So this is ok. @ main in the screenshot i see Nistuner33 23710 41P13AT looks like you are using a bin file for a Z32 ECU with a VG30DETT engine. This is also a bin ...

Re: very lean AFR @ +/-3000-3500 rpm [SOLVED]

Yes, never remove something you're not sure about :) The reason why i removed everything can been seen in the attached pictures. I gave the enginebay/engine a fresh layer of paint. All done by myself. I am very proud of the end result. Never done this before. But now i'm getting a little bit of top...

Interesting indeed, i think that the injectors will certainly cause a resonance in the fuel rail.

The good thing about this, is that i learned a lot. :D

Re: 300zx bluetooth issue

I also had this problem with ini failed. I got a bleutooth adapter from OBD Innovations. Although the adapter was recommanded on the Nissan datascan website it was a faulty one. Tom didn't know, that these one's were faulty. Together with Tom we've found out that the CLK signal on the adapter was mi...

Fucking hell guys, i finally have the "bull by the horns" in dutch "de koe bij de horens". It's a dutch saying when you pin point a problem. :D The problem is caused by my own fucking mistake. I was focussing on the fuelside of the engine. Because a vacuum leakage wasn't f...

Re: very lean AFR @ +/-3000-3500 rpm

I''m going to focus on the injectors right now. Measured the resistance on the injectors and injector wiring loom. Inj 1 coil: 12.1 Ohm Inj 2 coil: 12,0 Ohm Inj 3 Coil: 12,2 Ohm Inj 4 Coil: 11,9 Ohm Inj 5 Coil: 11,9 Ohm Inj 6 Coil: 11,9 Ohm Looks Ok?! Injector Wiring loom is ok. All wires have a res...
