DIAGNOSING INSTALL/CONSULT PROBLEMS

Theres been a few posts lately (as well as emails) about connection and install issues

We have put together a document to assist you in diagnosing. Please have a look at this before contacting us for diagnosis

If you still are having problems then please let us know which steps are suspect or you are having issues with in the document and we can help you from there. Its like a starting point for trying to work out connection issues

This includes not being able to connect to consult
