iam having problems connecting to consult through a usb. It is now saying comunitcation error to ecu any help would be nice

Make sure Nistune is using the proper port. With USB the port will not be Serial 1 or 2, it may be like serial 5. I have run into that. Also if it is a USB adapter, I have found that not all work the same and some may not work for this program.
