I would like to confirm if these instructions for Flex Fuel Board Install are still correct for 1990 300zx ECU with Type 2 Nistune board.

How would I check and make sure my feature pack supports FlexFuel?

Yes those are still valid

Most feature pack supports flex fuel. Check by ticking flex fuel tickbox and adjust the diag screw in the ECU and see if ethanol percentage (in tuner mode) adjusts, prior to installing the flex board
