update featurepack

having large issues finding someone in sweden who can update to the latest featurepack but no one of the official workshops cant update the board.
so this is my cry for help. since i use the car more or less every weekend i kinda need it done over a day. but i cant find anyone who can update it.
what are my options? order the programmer and do it myself? or is there a way to do it with the usb cable connected to the ecu?
