Type 2 -4 Consult - Problems connecting

I have noticed on the bench that sometimes if the ECU isn't plugged in or some other problem ... and then when you connect it.... afterwards consult fails to connect
Current workaround is to either manually select COM port for consult or restart NIStune when connectivity issue resolved
Will look into this asap to see what is going on with the autodetect after previous connection problems
