Hi. Just wondering if other idle motors will work with the stock ecu.
I think on all the rb25 rb30 rb26 motors the factory idle motor at the back of the factory inlet is basically the same.
If i fit a new forward facing inlet can i use a throttle body that has an idle motor fitted that's not the factory one?

The AAC valve is a solenoid which pulses to a set duty cycle (adjustable by the ECU). As long as the replacement does the same job as the original then it should work in maintaining idle
