aem to vga port?

I've got an aem wideband but my computer doesn't have a serial port, so i was wondering if there is a way to hook it up to my vga port, or is it totally different? Will i just need to get a serial to usb connection or something?

I know it's for video, but figured it would be worth asking just incase. It would be much cheaper if so. But yes, I just got the serial to usb cable and it's working correctly. Thanks!
