0.12.9 address file miss match

Hi Matt,
Loaded 0.12.9 over the top of 0.12.5. (had 2.4 rompack installed several nis revs prior)

0.12.5 files used were HCR32_rb20det bin and address.

when nistune 0.12.9 started to load after the install completed this is what came up;

Thanks for pointing this out. I've added another address file for running HCR32 code with Type 1 board on a Ceffy ECU

There are now two IDs (11U00) for the one address file. I've now removed this one from the auto lookup list.
