got my car dyno tuned

Post by s13_silvia_redtop »

Got my sr 240 dyno tuned today. Made 380rwhp at 310 torque. A little low of my goals but was only running 17 psi. Went from 15 psi at 350 and 290 to 17 psi making the above horsepower. Thats 15 hp per psi! The tuner didnt want to raise boost anymore than that on 91 pump gas. I thought I could run a little higher knowing that my motor is low compression (stock) with a slightly larger head gasket. What do youll think. Il have dyno graph up when he emails it to me. Cant waot for e85!

Thanks man. But now im having drivability issue. We took out my zeitronix. And installed hos dynos wideband and then when we were down re installed my wideband. Now its misfiring under high load (didnt do that on the dyno) :( back to the drawling board. Nothing changed idk what could have happened

Would my loads change going from a 3000 pound calibrated dyno to street deiving on a most lukely lighter than 3000 pound car? Coukd my loafd not be going far enough right on my maps now?
