do you think you could also have it support this wideband.. i think it would work similarly to the AEM wideband.

it looks similar. i've added it to my enhancements list and when i get a few spare hours have to write up a simulator for it and put in the software. it didn't take long with the AEM unit to do since i have three wideband units already supported

Likewise, if this would be possible that would be great :)

i'm going to have to add more inputs to the software eventually... since some of these units have lots of auxillary inputs

the serial interface document i just printed out. looks fairly simple to implement which is good.

probably start this next week

Apparently the serial interface is on the "R" series only.. not all PLX wideband units have it (some only have analogue outputs)

I have a PLX M500 which has datalogging over usb (with its own serial converter) This is now a discontinued product as you rightly said now their R series does it.

So yea, mine is analogue.. whats the best way to get that datalogged and into the computer?

Umm your kind of stuck there. Either get some A/D serial converter or get another WB monitor with the serial port already on it :)
