A warning when I use more then 80% duty on the injectors.

I would like that a warning message popped up (or something) when I go over for example 80% duty on the injectors.

What you can do is use the Knock Warning Display panel
Select Injector Duty and then put in '80' as the limit and enable the beep on warning. This will give you an audible indication when injector cycle has hit that point. Works well for other limits also

Didn't think about that.
But there is one problem with that solution.
The guy how helped me to tune my car isn't familiar with NisTune and he only looked at the RAW value, my A/F and a few other thing so now in his map it says that my injectors are running on 136% duty on max load and 7000 rpm (without hearing or seeing any engine knock).
But he didn't use any warnings.
If NisTune hade given an alarm if I pased 80~90% then I would known that I need bigger injectors or in this case that the vaccum hose to the BTR had jumped of.

136% duty on the injectors is asking for problems...
if your friend, or that guy helping you, knows a bit of tuning, he should know how to read the software manual first so he can see where he can access and read all the important data available with the software and wich is vital...
just out of curiosity, what car is yours?
