This is the first time i had tried logging with my PLX R500 and got it to communicate just fine but it was weird. It shows my EGR temps and it shows my MAF voltage but does not show the O2 sensor working at all its a steady .680 any ideas....Works fine or i think on the PLX unit itself.

PLX software shows up fine?

Can you do a debug log for me? File-Configuration-Debug logging. Then restart, connect to only the wideband (no consult data) and record for a minute and the email me the log file

on the PLX it self it shows normal AFR progression depending on throttle etc. Along with Exhaust temp and MAF voltage basically normal progression. On the Nistune Software it shows
Left hand side top block .680 Below that nothing is displayed. right block shows Exhaust gas temp, Below that Some funky 1.00 Changing number thought this was the Lambda conversion but doesn't seem to follow and the MAF voltage. I have the PLX reading Lambda and also set Nistune to read Lambda

Hello Matt,
I am not sure if it is a nistune issue or my PLX has gone bad. I have an LC1 that will be installed. Too many issues with the PLX from day one. Ill email you the file.

Not sure if I understand your question Matt. Could you please rephrase it?

You can select wideband output to be afr or lambda in file, configuration window. Default is afr setting

Ahh Yes it is the same in both with AFR or lambda on Nistune window.. The file I sent you was showing 10.00 and that was with Lambda i do believe. But i think either the O2 sensor or the PLX box is going bad or is bad. Funky things were going on with it

Okay looking at the log you emailed me now and checking...

Here is a frame of the (raw) data from the PLX in the log
RX:FE FE 60 1B 3B 13 52 00 FF
// PLX FRAME:
// 2400 bps
// 00 - Speed1lsb FE
// 01 - Speed1msb FE
// 02 - Speed2lsb 60
// 03 - Speed2msb 1B
// 04 - AUX1 3B
// 05 - AUX2 13
// 06 - AUX3 52
// 07 - AUX4 (AFR) 00***
// 08 - FF (END FRAME)
01:28:08.078 InterpMin: 0 -> 10.000000 (AFR) ***
01:28:08.078 Interp: 1156 -> 631.638400
01:28:08.078 Interp: 372 -> 0.372000
01:28:08.078 Interp: 1607 -> 1.607000
At ** You can see we are getting 0 on the AFR which is invalid. Nistune processing correctly, so your unit is reporting bad AFR but everything else fine

the first time I used the PLX with NISTUNE it was a complication because of drivers, try uninstalling the driver, clean everything and then try to install, my problem was the PLX drivers.

good luck ;)
