Re-sizing injectors

Post by taoe_wolf »

Hi Matt, I am about to change my injectors from the standard 370cc to 1000cc, I have read that I should do these two changes not just one so that the tables re-calculate correctly?

I am thinking I will go 550cc first, and burn that then go from 550 to 1000cc and then burn that in?

I am on the right track with this change?

also I have the flex fuel board and sensor installed, is there a way to get this reading of this sensor back onto a gauge as well as the ecu?

Cheers, James

If starting from scratch, do the MAF change first (if required) then resize 370CC to 1000CC straight up

After this then you will need to adjust K to get the load positioning cursor working throughout the fuel/timing maps and TIM for adjusting total fuel

Only if you purchase a gauge which can take the Hz reading from the sensor then can it be displayed. Not many will do the 0-5V signal to ethanol percent on the gauge (maybe Zeitronix?)
