Hi!
I have a wierd problem with my car.
When I start stuff that adds load on the generator (like high beam, fans in full speed, rear windscreen heater....) the engine runs rich.
I can see this both on my VEMS wbo2 and from the sound and feeling of the engine.
My AFR is "perfect" until my electrical fans start or if I start the coupe fan.
Each step on the cope fan will make the engine run a bit more rich...
Do you have any suggestions on where to start?
The battery voltage is about 13.6V acording to NisTune when the car is running rich and about 13.8V when everything is normal.
My modifications is like a Stage 3 but with bigger injectors.
S13 running rich while generator is working hard

Check all your grounds. Remove and clean the grounding points
ECU is not seeing the voltage drop but it must be affecting something else. Perhaps take a log and post it here (so I can see injection time, MAF voltage, TP load)

Re: S13 running rich while generator is working hard
maybe the voltage latency change variable has been set to an incorrect value..
Re: S13 running rich while generator is working hard
Thanks for the tips!
I have started to check all the grounds but they are all fine so far.
I have also tested to play around a bit with voltage latency but that didn't seem to help me.

Try lowering TP min if you want to drop idle injection time

Have you ever figured it out what causes the engine to run rich?
