lean afr's while holding revs???

Post by meet07 »

rb25det
-ford lightning maf 4" intake
-1000cc injectors wired with a accord v6 resistor box (Peak and Hold)

while holding the revs at a steady rpm, im seeing an afr reading of 20. The only way I ca get the afr's to a decent reading is increased the highlighted cells under min tpulse width....But when I do that the afr are super rich for on like 12-10 and under deceleration its again rich?? Any insight? Is this normal?

don't increase min pulse width to fix idle control. DFCO won't work properly.

is this 'steady rpm' in the camshaft's efficiency range?

Its me just holding the acceleration pedal at a steady rpm. Like 3,000 rpm or so

Why not adjust K to make them richer. Or is there a difference here between holding revs and increasing revs?

holding an rpm at idle....Not moving is what Im refering too...

It runs so lean that the car doesnt want to rev up unless I make the value in the min ttp like 9. Anything lower it has no effect. But even at nine the afr's are like 11-10
