i've got 0.46v just before it flicks the closed switch off when hot but at wot only seeing 4.10-4.20v

I think 4,1 Volt is okay at WOT.
The Manual says "about 4,0 Volt at WOT".
At closed throttle there must be 0,35 - 0,65 Volt.

hmm so in theory the tps enrichment trigger should be at 4.1volts not 5.1 volts?

Sorry, I don't know exactly where you are in the map. :?:
Do you mean "TPS Enrichment Trigger"? This is set to 5,1 V (Value 255) in all SR20 Maps I opened so I think this is okay.

Yep, just over 4V is pretty normal at WOT.

I assumed the SR's don't use that "TPS Enrichment Trigger" function.

Must try playing with it some time...
