TPS sensor trouble with HCR32 ECU on R33 RB25

Post by guillaume732 »

Hello everyone,

I have an issus with my Nistune freshly assembled. I have an R32 ECU (number 23710-11U10) with a type 2 board 11U1F FP1 (V4) on it for my car (ECR33 spec 1 1994).

I uploaded the corrrect base map on the ECU but the idle of the car is very high (1200 rpm instead of 700rpm), the TPS idle light is not active so the ECU don't use the idle table.

I set the TPS idle trigger voltage to 500 mV (my TPS sensor show 0.44V when throttle is closed) but it still not working : the TPS light is still off...
I reset the learn with the consult mode (F6) but still not OK.

I'm a little bit confused... Any help would be appreciated

Thanks
Matt

Just checked your order (ECR33 RB25DET) vs what I posted which was just standard 23710-11U1F (FP for RB20DET)

My apologies, It looks like I have not put the RB25DET firmware (which controls TPS idle switch and VCT for RB25DET) in your board. I'll email you about this to organise correct firmware
