TP Values at low rpm/cranking

Post by Torque »

Z32 ECU

I'm trying to understand where those high TP / Load values come from while cranking.
MAF value is very small, and rpms are very low as well.

Also I would like to find out about injection time calculation at this point.
The values in the tables 'After Start Enrich' and 'Crank Enrich' doesn't seem to justify the values seen here. (4.35mS)

Just the values for cranking itself get used to make injection time. I dont think TP gets used during crank

Thanks Matt,
But why does TP go up that much?
MAF and RPM are very low at this point.

(just trying to understand what the ECU does)

Sorry no idea why its doing that. Would need to disassemble the code and run through the cranking code to know for sure...
