Unknown ECU, Z31

Post by Timbo_021 »

Howdy
Does anyone know what kind of ECU this is? Its supposed to be an Australian delivered manual 87 300ZX Turbo. While the outter case has the right numbers stamped onto it, inside its different and a google search doesnt come up with anything on the ECU number..

Reason Im asking is because I want to modify it for a Z32AFM. It does run how it is with the opamp modded but it sits at 4.8 volts at idle..

The number on the board is A19-001 G51. Ive attached pictures of the opamp, the back of the opamp and the entire backside of the board. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Top of OPAMP appears to be modified correctly. Should be reading 0-5 volts in consult

Noted that installation of the board appears somewhat botched because of the trace wires to the other chip

dont worry about the diode. Bit of extra protection but opamp seems to hold it under 5.1 volts

Ah, ok. Ive just seen it hit 8 volts at some stages, seems to be after i wash the car so water must be getting in there somewhere and making it play up..

All good, thanks for the help Matt.
