Moates Emulator will report a setcomstate error when trying to set high baud rate with this emulator. Only found with Win98 so will look into this
Also Win98 is taking a long time to startup now compared to previous releases. I'm looking into that also since I did some framework changes in one of the test versions about two months ago which may be causing
