Clean install 1.2.51 and 1.2.56 error

Formatted harddisk and install nistune, both 1.2.51 and 1.2.56 cannot start up.

Make sure you install the Microsoft Visual Studio Redistributable
Either download from our website, or tick the box at end of install when installing Nistune
