DLP with AEM UEGO erratic reading

Hey guys
I just received my new DLP and have hooked it up to my old AEM UEGO. (one before the new LSU 4.9 sensor)
I am having some major issues with it. You can see it in my log file attached.
First this is how i have set it up.
Running it all on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3. (has one USB port)
I have the DLP and the PLMS cable plugged into a 4 port USB Hub and then an extension cable plugged into the laptop.
I have the UEGO grounded to the chassis and a wire from that chassis ground to the GND on the DLP.
I have the 0-5v UEGO on AUX 1 on the DLP.
As far as im aware i have it all setup as per the guide.
I have copied the Lookup table that comes with Nistune and pasted into the AFR 1 .csv.
When i bring up the wideband in Nistune i am seeing roughly a 1 AFR difference to the gauge reading.
And it wildly jumps around as you can see in the log.
Can anyone suggest what might be happening here?
