the drive problems of the camshaft position sensor do not allow the motor to be adjusted at high angles. 4 cases in my practice. detonation at high rpm,
I seriously thought about when my friend installed the kit (ross performance converter box)
after installing the kit ross performance converter box, it was possible to increase the angles of ignition by 5-7 degrees. rb25,Poncam 256, holset 35 1.5bar boost.
on the Internet, I found this article. ( http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/wolfpd ... gnment.pdf )
( https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/384 ... h-results/ )
and my experience ( https://www.instagram.com/p/BZNpghRlNaY/ )
Matt do you have ideas to create a crankshaft position sensor? instead of CAS
Later I'll throw off the ignition cards

Just looking at this:
https://rossperformanceparts.com/produc ... rigger-kit

That there is your product which converts from CAS optical signals to a single hall effect output (which then you setup your aftermarket ECU to use)

Yes it is possible to make a board which generates CAS pulses based from the interrupts from this device, but at $1346 for the Ross item how many people are going to purchase this and then the board to use with Nistune?

This if you had time:

There wouldn't be much point trying to use an VQ gear when you could just index an RB flywheel on a dividing head and instal your own pick up points then mount the sensor.

vq30det flywheel has labels 180
if install the disk on the crankshaft, a disk that has 180 holes (the crankshaft turns faster than the camshaft)
Install the optical sensor on the crankshaft, replace CAS signal "1" degree, signal "120" leave on standard CAS
you offer such an option?

I don't offer anything for this setup at the moment
